The location of the Estate is on the A262, just off the A21 are well positioned to get to London, Dover (the ferry port) or the Channel Tunnel, Tunbridge Wells, Tonbridge, Ashford and Cranbrook.

The Estate consists of mixed farming enterprises such as Apples, Pears, Plums, Wheat, Barley, Winter Oilseed Rape, Beans, Cattle and Sheep.
